Chief Deadfinger is one of the mini boss in Mutant Year Zero : Road to Eden. He is essentially a tougher, stronger example of a normal Hunter.
He is basically located in Scraplands which basically calls his Ghoul to guarding the broken steel chariots.
His Slinger have weapon mods that set the Stalkers to flame
