The Flamer is a ranged weapon in Mutant Year Zero: Seed of Evil. Unlike the name suggests it is not a flamethrower, but a handgun with incendiary rounds.

Appearance[]
The Flamer has the same overall appearance as the Ancient Pistol, albeit with a different color scheme.
Rank 1: At Rank 1, the Flamer has the same overall appearance and model as the Ancient Pistol, but with no silencer, and a rusty, white/yellow color scheme. The weapon is missing its trigger guard, and wire is wrapped around the grip, possibly to keep it together.
Rank 2: At Rank 2, the Flamer undergoes the same transformation as the Ancient pistol, gaining a trigger guard, tape wrapped around the barrel, instead of wire, and a much better-kept appearance.
Rank 3: At Rank 3, the Flamer has a similar appearance to the Rank 3 Ancient Pistols, with a roll cage, clean texture, and a perforated muzzle instead of a silencer. Overall, the Rank 3 Flamer appears quite modern in appearance and design.
