Weapon Parts are unique alternate currency resource item in Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden.

In the desolate expanse of the Zone, there are some remnant of ancient technologies lies amongst the ruin and debris. Amongst of them is the Weapon Parts. Weapon parts can be scavenged across the Zone but it is more scarcely scattered across the Zone's harsh landscape. It can be the remnants of slain/fallen Ghouls , other Stalkers, or even from robots. Sometimes, it may be found inside some long forgotten hidden cache, remnants of Old Age .

They can take on many type of various forms. Some are single broken gun, some are bundled of multiple scraps with broken guns. The conditions on the broken guns are no great: Their barrels may bent or twisted, their stocks shattered, and their firing mechanism jammed. Yet, despite their broken state, these parts still hold some potential value, their sturdy frames and intricate components offering a glimpse of their former glory. Usually, Scavengers can sense of these BROKEN GUNS shining white ethereal glow when they shone torch light on it.

All of the scavenged parts can be brought back and traded with Delta, the Ark's resident weapon's gearhead, whom oversees over a workshop filled with salvaged weaponry parts and discarded technology. All of the weapon parts are carefully examined, her fingers tracing the intricate mechanisms and hardened mechanical parts to be traded into upgrades which enhance the weapons' base damage and critical damage, transforming them into formidable tweapons.
